Warehouse Lead/Logistics Coordinator --$21+

Based in Portland, Oregon, Harder works primarily in the western United States with regional offices in Reno, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Richmond, CA; and Salt Lake City, UT.

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be working at Harder’s warehouse facility in Southwest Phoenix, AZ. This facility supports our projects throughout the Arizona valley with materials, fabrication, equipment shipping, and receiving for installation projects, supporting all of Harder’s plumbing and process piping services. The hours are 5:30 am – 2:00 pm Monday‑Friday. Location: 315 S 57th Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85043.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including training and supporting the warehouse team.
• Organize warehouse operation systems and manage equipment inventory.
• Schedule material deliveries and work with drivers to ensure the correct truck or trailer is dispatched.
• Manage document controls, including scanning and filing BOLs, driver PODs, and inspection logs.
• Update warehouse inventory.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance.
• Minimize overtime and maximize efficiency through lean organization.
• Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders.
• Help keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Stage product and materials as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience driving forklifts for loading and unloading trucks.

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse role managing a team.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, crouch, kneel, and lift.
