Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED acceptable; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Agricultural background highly preferred.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and commitment to service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, storage, and customer deliveries.
• Schedule loading/unloading and movement of fertilizer and crop inputs.
• Assist with facility, fleet, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing and replenishment.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Crop Advisors and operations.
• Ensure accurate, on-time product fulfillment with excellent service.
