Empire Today, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our Installation Warehouse team. The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse tasks and master the Warehouse Management System, ensuring accurate inventory and safe machinery operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• High level of internal and external customer service.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily warehouse activities, including loading/unloading and prep.
• Receive/unload/verify shipments.
• Prepare inventory for the next day’s loadout.
• Manage and store inventory with accuracy.
• Process returned inventory.
• Monitor inventory adjustments daily.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Ensure warehouse machinery is operated safely.
• Perform regular audits/machinery checks for safety and cleanliness.
• Address safety concerns with management.

Compensation Information

Responsibilities

• Completion of all daily warehouse activities, included (but not limited to):
• Daily pre- and post-loadout preparation and activities.
• Receive/unload/verify shipments.
• Perform all inventory preparation for the next day’s loadout.
• Proper management/storage of inventory, including verifying for accuracy.
• Processing of all returned inventory.
• Daily monitoring of inventory adjustments.
• Daily cycle counts.
• Ensure all warehouse machinery is operated safely.
• Perform regular warehouse audits/machinery checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Work with management to address any occupational and safety concerns.
