This role emphasizes strong customer-facing communication, teamwork and the ability to move pallets with forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.

Qualifications

• High-energy, strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-shift meetings and safety observations.
• Support management and coaching initiatives.
• Handle yard marshalling duties and coordinate with leadership.
• Learn receiving/unloading or loading operations within warehouse.
• Move pallets and cases on/off trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
