Boxercraft Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Mableton, GA to supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.

The role focuses on timely, accurate processing and maintaining a clean, organized facility, with leadership over a team and ongoing training. Key responsibilities include optimizing workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with carriers and other departments to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years managing a shipping department in a manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Experience in pick/pack environments with direct-to-consumer shipments and LTL orders.
• Experience shipping EDI orders.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System and RF scanners.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks & activities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work OT when required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Computer proficient (MS Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Good attendance record.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee receipt, warehousing, and shipment of product.
• Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow; issue instructions.
• Train new employees and rotate teams on warehouse processes.
• Monitor team productivity and quality; report data daily/weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate with carriers and other departments to ensure on-time shipments.
• Support safety and OSHA compliance; maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain organized work areas and control of inventory.
• Manage waste and scrap disposal; enforce standards.
