Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a warehouse associate to support the Irving, TX Branch by pulling and organizing customer orders, loading and unloading materials, stocking inventory, and preparing shipments by UPS, USPS, and local carriers. The role includes operating a forklift, maintaining safe storage areas, and ensuring accurate tagging and documentation.

You will work with a team to meet delivery deadlines, participate in safety training, and assist in special projects under the warehouse manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required/preferred.
• Effective communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Good coordination and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity.
• Load or unload materials onto pallets and equipment as directed.
• Load materials into vehicles and secure for transit.
• Stock and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Package and ship orders by UPS, US Mail, bus, motor freight and local truck deliveries.
• Weigh materials and record weight and production data on labels.
• Complete forklift operator training annually.
• Maintain clean, safe working areas and tools.
• Inspect stock for wear or damage and report issues.
• Train new employees on equipment and facilities usage.
• Follow up to ensure results are achieved.
• Work on special projects as directed by the warehouse manager.
