Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Jerome, ID to supervise daily warehouse and shipping operations, including movement of finished goods, forklift use, and ensuring OTIF compliance with customer service. This role requires forklift certification, 5+ years in a manufacturing/warehouse setting, and strong safety focus.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, schedule training, coordinate with departments, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification and experience required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficient with MS Office and shipping software (UPS/FedEx).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and shipping department.
• Lead, delegate, motivate, and empower warehouse team members.
• Schedule training according to management guidelines.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and reported to management.
• Assist in inventory tracking and daily movement of finished goods.
