Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Management to organize crew, materials, and equipment to achieve productivity and quality.
• Inspect work progress and sites to verify safety and specifications are met.
• Maintain reporting records including job quantities and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for assigned crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Uphold safety by enforcing company and government safety rules on site.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety plans to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor adherence to company policies by all supervised workers.
• Adjust work plans and schedules to optimize throughput and cost.
