Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking an Entry-Level Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and coordinate workflow while upholding accuracy, safety, and customer service standards.

You will assist with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, and may help with local deliveries and route planning. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping helpful but not required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Verify order accuracy and assist with inventory control processes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Prepare and assist with local deliveries, including customer communication and route planning.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet customer needs and support business operations.
• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities and serve as a resource for team members.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
