Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead who acts as a bridge between management and front-line teams, translating goals into daily execution. The role leads and supports staff to meet customer and business demands with accuracy, speed, safety, and quality across multiple locations.

Typical shifts run Monday 12:00 PM–9:45 PM and Tuesday through Friday 1:15 PM–9:45 PM, with mandatory overtime as needed. The pay rate is $23.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents, procedures, and operational reports.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and operational excellence.
• Communicate operational priorities and company objectives to front-line employees.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance while coaching team members to meet established goals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between management and warehouse personnel, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Demonstrate and lead material handling and warehousing functions for receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, destinations, and schedules using source documents and system records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper product handling practices are followed.
