Revolution Foods in California is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate shipping, receiving, picking, and team priorities while serving as a primary point of contact for your area.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience using ERP systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks, with emphasis on cold/wet environments, or at least 2 years in a dry warehouse.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, distribution or food production.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand basic English (approx. 75%) and write/speak basic English (approx. 25%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, picking, and other warehouse priorities.
• Direct the team and optimize staffing for efficiency.
• Ensure FIFO practices and accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts safely and ensure PPE compliance.
• Maintain inventory counts and prepare inventory-related reports.
• Work cross-departmentally to support production and sanitation needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
