Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Zelienople, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operator with ERP, GMP, and GDP knowledge. This 12-month contract role is 40 hours per week, day shift 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will transfer raw materials and finished goods, enter data into the ERP, and ensure accurate inventory movements in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining neat storeroom, packaging and shipping finished products, supporting annual inventories, overseeing a service warehouse as Group Lead,

Qualifications

• High school education with 3 years’ experience in a warehouse and shipping environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP concepts.
• Good communication and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Transfer raw material to appropriate warehouse locations and issue to service depot floor.
• Enter data into the ERP system for material movements and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Lead the service warehouse and shipping department; oversee packing and preparation for shipment.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and storeroom organization.
