Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Lead Warehouse Operator to oversee our warehouse team and ensure timely, accurate deliveries of materials essential for clean water and heating/cooling systems. You will coordinate receiving, staging, and stocking of materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in warehouse operations, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material to maintain inventory standards.
• Verify loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and maintain inventory control.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.
