Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Lead Warehouse Operator to manage our warehouse team and ensure timely delivery of materials for clean water and heating/cooling projects. The role focuses on accurate receiving, staging, stock control, and safe handling of loads, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

The position requires about 2 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material to maintain inventory standards.
• Verify loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and maintain inventory control.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.
