Job summary

WM (Waste Management) in Massachusetts is recruiting a Warehouse Associate Lead to coordinate dock activities and support inbound/outbound loads. You will supervise forklift drivers and warehouse staff, coordinating with the internal logistics team and external carriers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting and leadership abilities; box truck experience is a plus. On-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional Saturday overtime, plus a boot

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Box truck experience is a plus.
• Ability to move trailers in the yard; leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activity of forklift drivers and warehouse workers.
• Assist with inbound and outbound loads and paperwork.
• Direct dock operations and ensure proper sealing and loading.
• Relate issues to logistics team and coordinate with carriers.
• Assist with other dock operations and housekeeping as needed.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and dolly as required.
