We are looking for a Warehouse Lead in Salt Lake City, Utah. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role involves leading and guiding teams of employees to ensure efficient operations.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Act as a backup for the supervisor, providing support and guidance.
• Manage receiving and supermarket duties, overseeing material flow.
• Verify incoming materials against packing slips, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor and conduct inventory counts to maintain accuracy and availability.
• Communicate effectively with team members and planning staff, including responding to issues via Zoom chats.
• Provide direction, prioritize tasks, and motivate team members.
• Utilize knowledge of SQL reporting to analyze discrepancies and support inventory management.

Desired Experience:

• Proficiency in Flex technologies and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide employees.
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and present information clearly in small group settings.
