Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Lead/Clerk in Mansfield, MA for a 1st shift that runs Monday through Friday, starting at 5am until finish. The role offers a weekly pay range of $800+ and involves learning all receiving/loading operations, supervising a designated area, and performing data entry and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Must have a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Interact with customer's staff and delivery personnel in a positive, friendly manner.
• Oversee a specified area to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office.
• Enter daily data into Capstone systems.
• Prepare shipments to corporate office and handle return communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• This is the next step in an associate's path to management
• You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand
• Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office
• Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems
• Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications
• Other duties as assigned
