Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LeadWarehouse Associate

Location: Hamilton Township, NJ

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?
  • Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity goals are met
  • Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation
  • Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
