Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join its team in Nebraska. You will provide leadership, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficient warehouse operations.

As a key on-site leader, you will coordinate shipments, oversee picking/receiving, and ensure loads are accurate and safely secured for delivery. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds minimum.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team.
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete pick ticket orders.
• Unload/receiving all OTR deliveries.
• Pulling and staging orders for each company delivery truck.
• Operating forklifts safely and responsibly.
• Assisting with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites as assigned.
• Treating all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner.
