Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise the warehouse and production teams, schedule workloads, ensure safety, and manage inventory. You will coordinate with office staff, approve timesheets, and support deliveries while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification eligibility, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. A high school diploma is required, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse and production team members.
• Schedule workloads and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure team training and safety compliance.
• Maintain safe working environment and inventory controls.
• Oversee receiving, purchasing, stock tracking and inventory levels.
• Approve and submit employee timesheets.
• Coordinate with office staff for accurate inventory counts.
• Complete required logs and records.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and customer pickups.
• Support delivery scheduling and company vehicle operations.
• Order parts and supplies to support branch operations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and customer service.
