Job summary

Jack Link's Underwood, IA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the departmental team, ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately and on time, and keep the crew focused on deadlines.

You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, manage work orders, maintain clean facilities, communicate across shifts, handle issues with customers, carriers and staff, and ensure compliance with OSHA rules. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and teamwork to support production goals.

The hiring range for this role is $21.81 - $27.26 (Hourly) with a $2.50 shift differential. Actual wages will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link's Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
