Nor-Am Cold Storage in Missouri is seeking an entry-level warehouse worker who can lead a small team and work in a cold storage environment. You will perform dock tasks, scan, wrap pallets, and operate forklifts to load and unload trailers.

We welcome candidates with little experience; those with forklift skills may start higher. Full-time shifts include handling up to 50 lbs and working in temperatures from -20F to 80F. Benefits apply.

Starting Wage $21-$24/Hr (based on experience)

Reports to -Warehouse Supervisor

• Able to lead and motivate a group of employees.
• Understands the warehouse workflow and can efficiently execute tasks.

• Use material handling equipment to load and unload trailers.

Our warehouse is cold. You must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures from -20F to 80F. You must be able to walk or stand for the entire 8 hour shift and to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
