Join to apply for the Warehouse Lead - 3rd shift role at Lineage.

Schedule:
M-F 10PM-6:30AM
Pay range: $24-$28/hr.

Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure all warehouse functions are completed. Assign work to warehouse associates to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plan, assign, and direct warehouse associates' work within designated areas.
2. Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective actions.
3. Manage responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation.
4. Conduct and document daily equipment and trailer inspections.
5. Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
6. Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service teams.
7. Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.

Additional Duties

• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 100°F with appropriate PPE.
• Must lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noise levels.

Pay Range: $19.52 - $32.93
