Job summary

ORW | 4WP seeks a warehouse supervisor in Denver, CO to manage daily operations, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will train staff, coordinate deliveries, and maintain inventory records using RF scanners and shipping software. A strong work ethic and reliable driving record are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Experience using RF scanners and shipping software preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with team lifting.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records; perform cycle counts.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Use shipping software and RF scanners for inventory movement.
  • Provide safe, timely deliveries and customer service.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Train, and coach warehouse associates on procedures, safety standards, and performance expectations
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of priorities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for warehouse staff when management is unavailable
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and invoices
  • Organize and store inventory efficiently for easy access and retrieval
  • Pick, pull, pack, and prepare orders according to customer specifications
  • Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Assist in coordinating deliveries and logistics schedules
Inventory Management & Tracking
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
  • Perform routine stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
  • Ensure efficient movement of products in and out of the warehouse
Equipment & Technology
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Use shipping software such as FedEx Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar systems
  • Utilize computers for inventory tracking, email communication, and reporting
  • Report equipment maintenance or repair needs promptly
Delivery & Customer Service
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers on schedule as needed
  • Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
  • Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Safety & Facility Standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow processes
  • Promote safe lifting techniques and proper equipment usage at all times
