Job summary

Responsibilities include order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and supporting all warehouse functions with safety and quality as top priorities. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills required.
• 4+ years experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert understanding of all levels of the job family and has thorough knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility.
• Applies extensive knowledge and company policies to complete a wide range of assignments.
• May provide technical guidance and training to others.
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications.
• Works on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issue.
• Makes recommendation for new or revised processes and has a role on the implementation.
• Works with minimal degree of supervision and has latitude to make decisions in exceptional circumstances within established guidelines.
• Training new employees on company and departmental procedures as appropriate.
• Ensuring that safety, productivity and quality standards are met.
• Directly supporting employees in the warehouse across all functions, including: Order processing, picking, checking, sorting, cycle counting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, and loading products.
