DHL Wilmer, TX is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Monday–Friday). You will lead and train a warehouse team, assign daily workloads, and ensure safety and accuracy in records and operations.

We value 6–12 months of warehouse leadership experience and Manhattan WMS expertise; RF scanning experience is a plus. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or training within 30 days preferred.
• 1 year of experience using Manhattan or a similar WMS.

Responsabilités

Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 3pm-11pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay: $21 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year with previous warehouse leadership experience; Minimum of 1 year using Manhattan or similar WMS

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience using an RF Scanner

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
