Qualifications

  • 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience.

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Lead reports to the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor and oversees warehouse staff to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery of customer orders, reflecting Wagner's team-oriented values.

Pay Rate:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and education.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 12:30 am.

Essential Functions:
  • Accurately entering data into the Warehouse Management System
  • Managing supplies and equipment efficiently
  • Resolving log process issues
  • Ensuring compliance with processes and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with other leads to optimize resources
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
  • Training staff in responsibilities and safety
  • Interacting professionally with customers
  • Picking, packing, and shipping parts
  • Operating forklift as required
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Competencies:
  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, using hands, hearing
  • Data entry, communication, reasoning, organizational skills, math skills
  • Knowledge of safety and products
  • Lifting objects up to 94 pounds or more
Minimum Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience
  • 3-5 years customer service experience
  • 3-5 years supervisory/management experience
  • 1-3 years technical/mechanical experience
  • Forklift operation ability
  • Familiarity with light industrial equipment
Work Environment:
  • Loud noise levels
  • Indoor and outdoor settings
Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexible shift and hours, including weekends
  • Pre-employment screenings required
