Job summary

Lineage is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift warehouse roles in California. You will plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service. The role demands physical ability, flexibility for weekends, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in temperatures; -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage with PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action in a timely manner.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, etc.
