Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Utah to guide the warehouse team in pulling inventories, building customer orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will operate a forklift, manage palletizing, and ensure accurate and timely stocking to keep stores fully supplied.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, reliance on safety practices, and willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed. Forklift certification within a month is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift skills preferred; forklift certification within 1 month of hire.
• Lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull defined quantities of inventory onto pallet/s and store orders in the staging area.
• Build delivery loads of a variety of product onto pallets, and prepare them for loading on trucks for delivery.
• Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count and load product.
• Daily inspection and minor maintenance on pallet jack/forklift equipment.
• Restock product in picking areas as directed by supervisor.
• Shrink-wrap each pallet to secure product for safe delivery and prevent spillage.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What does a Warehouse Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will be a key leader among your peers and colleagues to ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for palletizing designated product, building customer orders and preparing them for safe and efficient delivery

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull defined quantities of inventory onto pallet/s and store orders in the staging area when prepared for shipment
• Build delivery loads of a variety of product onto pallets, and preparing them for loading on trucks for delivery
• Operate electric pallet jack and/ or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count and load product
• Daily inspection and minor maintenance performance on pallet jack / forklift equipment to prevent accidents
• Restock product in picking areas as directed by supervisor
• Use shrink-wrapping device after building each pallet to securely palletize product for safe delivery and to prevent spillage
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must become forklift certified within 1 month of hire
• Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Lift 50 pounds as needed
