Job summary

MFCP (Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc.) is a leading distributor in motion and flow control solutions, seeking a warehouse associate in California. The role focuses on receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control to maintain an efficient, safe operation.

Responsibilities include organizing warehouse activities, collaborating with procurement, packaging, labeling, and light hose assembly tasks. A forklift certification and mechanical background are a plus for potential growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Decision making, analytical thinking, project management, and planning skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook); Epicor Prophet 21 a plus.
• Mechanical background and forklift certification are a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed.
• Working conditions involve a fast-paced warehouse environment containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements.

$22.00 - $25.00/hourly, depending on experience.
