Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a warehouse associate to perform RF/barcode picking, put-away, and material flow at our Missouri distribution center.

You will use RF scanners, handle pallets up to 50 lbs, support cycle counts, and ensure accurate labeling and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lean principles, strong organization, and the ability to flex to different tasks; Parker values safety, training, and a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles.
  • Able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Pick loose pick, full case, and full pallet picks using RF and barcode labels.
  • Put away Rush receipts of material and replenishment labels.
  • Operate forklift equipment and pass safety tests.
  • Perform RF cycle counting and count verification during picking.
  • Inspect incoming finished goods and verify inventory counts.
  • Correct license plate errors and ensure proper locations.
  • Create and apply customer labeling; basic data entry.
  • Lift cartons up to 50 lbs; pallet verification and wrapping.
  • Flex to different jobs regularly; follow 5S and safety rules.
  • Assist supervisor with other tasks as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Picking loose pick, full case, and full pallet picks using RF and bar code labels.
  • Put away all "Rush" receipts of material
  • Picking and put away of all replenishment labels
  • Must be able to work with forklift equipment including the passing of standard written and driving tests.
  • Perform cycle counting requirements with RF during picking
  • Visual inspection of incoming finished goods from various suppliers at the DC including count verification
  • Inventory troubleshooting including location inventory correction.
  • License plate error correction from all suppliers.
  • Must have knowledge of computer equipment including basic data entry and bar code printers
  • Creation and application of customer compliant labeling
  • Must be able to lift cartons in excess of 40 pounds.
  • Pallet verification of all cartons to outbound pallet locations using RF and bar code labels. Includes final wrapping and appropriate pallet marks.
  • Put away of all products using RF and bar code labels.
  • Ability to flex to different jobs on a regular basis
  • Follows all safety & 5S practices
  • May include other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Physical Demands
  • Stand/walk for a minimum of 8 - 10 hours a day
  • Walking, frequent reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Able to work with hands/arms at chest high
  • Close, distance, peripheral, vision, depth perception, adjust focus
  • Frequently operating industrial equipment
  • Frequently working from heights of 20 feet
