Job Summary

Works with warehouse associates to prepare and move merchandise according to safety, performance, and accuracy standards. Maintains documentation to facilitate merchandise flow. Performance impacts safety, cost, and service metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensures functions, duties, and procedures are performed as directed by Warehouse Supervisor.
2. Receives, unloads, moves, and loads merchandise.
3. Verifies correct counts; notes discrepancies or damages.
4. Issues and delivers items; obtains signatures for documentation.
5. Maintains proper storage; rotates stock to prevent spoilage.
6. Maintains a safe work area; reports hazards.
7. Manages stock control; plans future needs; reviews orders; controls dead stock; schedules deliveries.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
