Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support the communication flow to load finished product to trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).
- Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded.
- Communicate instructions to equipment inside the warehouse.
- Communicate with carriers to ensure on‑time collection and loading of finished product.
- Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform.
- Maintain food‑safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System.
- Communicate any deviation, problem, or abnormality with equipment, processes, and products.
- Perform tasks requested by manager or supervisor unless they are unreasonable or unsafe.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 4 years experience in position.
- Minimum 4 years experience managing people or projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
- No traveling required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 6 years experience in position.
- Minimum 6 years experience managing people or projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
Competencies
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle).
- Intermediate knowledge of storage systems.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
- Ability to resolve conflicts.
- Ability to analyze information.
- Leadership qualities: lead like an owner, keep safety as the number one priority, prioritise tasks, respond promptly to customers, make recommendations for continuous improvement, adapt to change, seek solutions, communicate clearly, and pursue personal growth.

Minimum required: High School Diploma.
Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Compensation
Typical Compensation Range: $27.35 - $36.23 hourly.
