Impact Environmental Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise the warehouse team in St. Gabriel, LA. You will oversee safe loading, securing, and timely delivery of orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, forklift operation (certificate preferred), and solid computer skills to manage daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a warehouse or manufacturing team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operation with safety awareness; certificate preferred but not required.

Job Description

Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring safe loading, securing, and delivery of orders, efficient material staging, workplace safety, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift (certificate preferred but not required).
• Clean driving record and experience driving a 1‑ton flatbed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a warehouse or manufacturing team.
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, planning, organization, and people/process management skills.
