Job summary

AFL in Duncan, SC is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, inventory control and distribution of materials. You will coordinate material flow, maintain accuracy, support checkpoint, shipping and receiving, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping/receiving, forklift experience, Oracle/handheld scanner familiarity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving/warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience (propane and battery/electric sit-down).
• Cycle count experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel; Oracle and handheld scanner experience desired.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels; leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor Oracle inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Allocate labor resources for Checkpoint, Shipping, and Receiving.
• Complete Discrete Jobs and troubleshoot issues at Checkpoint.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
• Interact with multiple organizational levels to support warehouse and manufacturing needs.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.
• Perform other duties and support additional warehouse needs as assigned.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in warehouse environment (Propane and battery/electric sit down models).
• Cycle count experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Adherence to safety rules and regulations per company policy.
• Should be skilled in MS Office including Excel. Oracle and handheld scanner experience desired.
• Must be able to demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact with multiple organizational levels including management.
• Attention to detail and with error free results is critical.
• Mon – Fri 8am-5pm
• Leadership experience or qualities in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
