Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role requires strong attention to accuracy, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Standing for 4+ hours and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience; certified preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
• High level of attention to details to meet quality standards.
• 3 or more years of Warehouse Experience (Picking/Packing/Shipping)
• Willingness and ability to different work shifts.
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position; standing for 4 or more hours at a time and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Stand-up and/or Sit-Down Forklift Experience; certified preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.
• Shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
