Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Roanoke, TX. This full-time role supports our distribution services in the US, with a Sunday- Thursday shift and overtime as needed.

Base pay is up to $29.50 per hour, plus potential incentives and bonuses. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse operations knowledge, extensive inventory control experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
