Provide clear instructions, practical coaching, and on-the-job support to warehouse team members, including new employees.
Set the standard for safe, accurate, productive, and professional work, and address unsafe practices or performance concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse in accordance with company standards.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and responsibly, and ensure team members follow equipment and safety procedures.

Coordinate the assembly of kit items when required.
Complete or assign final checks of outgoing orders and ensure products are properly secured and ready for transport.
Coordinate local deliveries on company-owned trucks and arrange non-local freight through third-party carriers.
Assist with deliveries when assigned, including unloading and staging products at customer locations or job sites.
Plan and conduct inventory counts, investigate variances, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor workflow, staffing, equipment, stock, and space constraints; resolve routine issues and **escalate** material risks or delays to management.
Communicate effectively with management, customer service, transport providers, and other internal teams regarding priorities, issues, and order status.
Respond to internal customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Treat customers and coworkers with professionalism, respect, fairness, and a service-focused attitude.
Support the warehouse team and management with additional duties as operational needs require.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience, including experience coordinating work or providing day-to-day direction to others.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example, communicate expectations clearly, coach team members, and follow up on assigned work.
Current forklift certification and demonstrated ability to operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely.
Experience using warehouse technology, including RF scanners and inventory management systems.
Reliable attendance, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a consistent commitment to safety.
Ability to understand and give instructions, build cooperation within a team, and work independently when required.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate competing tasks, respond to changing operational needs, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Ability to identify routine operational issues, take appropriate action, and **escalate** significant safety, quality, staffing, or service concerns.
Strong reading, basic math, counting, labelling, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move products throughout the warehouse.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Previous experience as a warehouse lead, shift lead, or senior warehouse team member.
Experience training or onboarding warehouse employees.
Experience with stone vanity-top templating or CNC equipment.
