Harrington Industrial Plastics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations while providing hands‑on leadership and exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed — including acting as a backup delivery driver.

The Warehouse Lead provides day‑to‑day direction to warehouse associates while ensuring accuracy in receiving, picking, staging, and shipping materials. This individual plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customers, and promoting a safe and organized warehouse environment.

This is a working lead position — you will be actively involved in warehouse operations daily.
