We are looking for a Warehouse Lead for our Perris, CA facility to collaborate and coordinate the operations at the facility. It's an exciting time to join the DP World team!

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions, and productivity administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent them fully during their absence (sickness, holiday, meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and assisting with planning, overseeing, and participating in warehouse operations and activities.

Able to work scheduled hours deemed necessary to meet the production goals and KPIs of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.

• Other duties as assigned.
