Job summary

KaiHonua, LLC in Hawaii is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate inventory management. You will supervise a team during shifts, assign tasks, and support efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities on Oahu.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of warehouse experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team during daily operations.

Overview

KaiHonua, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Warehouse Lead to join our growing team. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining safety standards, and supporting efficient shipping and receiving activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team during daily operations.

Education/Qualifications/Certifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Occasional use of a company vehicle while on work site

Physical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
