Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is launching a brand new Bethlehem, PA warehouse in June 2026. We’re seeking motivated Leads to guide a team, train staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.

As a lead, you’ll train associates, audit processes, maintain compliance, and keep operations running smoothly across shifts. English reading/writing required; Spanish a plus. Expect a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role.
• Able to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and motivational skills.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead in a department with ability to flex to other departments as needed.
• Guide and train current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and procedures.
• Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example.
• Oversee daily assigned area and ensure tasks are completed.
• Enforce high quality standards and compliance with new and existing standards.
• Audit processes to detect and solve problems and provide feedback.
• Ensure areas are ready for next shift and issues are resolved.
• Communicate respectfully with associates when product quality is at risk.
• Identify training deficiencies and help employees improve accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist on the floor in other areas when needed.

Summary of Role

Our leads serve as the primary point of contact for associates within their department to provide guidance and training on company best practices. It's important that they ensure associate adherence to proper methods and safety standards while also effectively communicating in a positive and respectful manner. Our leads address problems and conduct audits frequently to identify issues, and follow up by providing constructive feedback to associates. Any of the Leads hired will train Monday through Friday but will be required to work one of the two following schedules after launch:

• FH Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 4'10s: 7:0AM-5:30PM
  • Overtime schedule: 7:00AM-7:00PM, when business needs require
• BH Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 3'12s: 6:00AM-6:30PM
  • Overtime schedule: Will be assigned an OT day on FH Schedule when business needs require

• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

• Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use a pallet jack/push and roll carts
