Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mansfield, MA for a 1st shift (Mon–Fri) starting at 5am. Be part of a high-energy team focused on safety, accuracy and timely deliveries.

Expect weekly pay of $800–$1000+ and benefits after 60 days, with paid training and opportunities to travel to learn how all sites operate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• High-energy work ethic with strong safety awareness.
• Willingness to train and learn multiple warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform stretching exercises.
• Support management and coaching staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Marshalling, receiving, unloading and loading within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; move pallets and cases as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; communicate with leadership.
• Manage a designated area to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Support career path progression toward supervision.

Location & Shift

Mansfield, MA

• 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday
• 5am-Finish

Responsibilities

• Pre-Shift meetings
• Stretching exercises before each shift
• Safety observations
• Support management
• Coaching
• Training
• Communication with leadership
• All yard marshalling duties
• Next step in an associate's path to management
• Learn all aspects of receiving, unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• High-level direct contact with customer staff and external delivery personnel; positive, friendly manner required
• Oversee a specified area to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast paced and very physical work
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
