Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead at the Lancaster facility to oversee shipping and receiving operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate documentation like bills of lading and invoices. You will coordinate load allocation, communicate with carriers, and maintain SQF food safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing and in leadership roles, with strong Office and Oracle skills. A High School Diploma is required, with Associate's preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
  • Coordinate loading of finished product to trailers.
  • Prepare Bill of Lading and invoice.
  • Communicate instructions to equipment in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate trailer loading locations.
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time collection/loading.
  • Review operator and carrier data in Tracking Platform.
  • Ensure SQF food safety practices are maintained.
  • Report deviations or issues with equipment/processes.
  • Tasks may change at management's request.

Warehouse Lead Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).


Essential Functions

  • Ability to complete all essential function of Warehouse Associate position
  • Leading group of shipping and receiving team members
  • Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.
  • Communicate the instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.
  • Coordinates the location where each trailer will be loaded.
  • Prepares the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).
  • Communication with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and / or loading of the finished product.
  • Review of operator and carrier line data in Tracking Platform.
  • Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
  • Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.
  • Any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by team member's manager or supervisor
