What you will be doing:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while working hands‑on with the team to ensure efficient shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and overall warehouse organization. This role requires practical warehouse experience and the ability to help coordinate daily activities to maintain accuracy, productivity, and safety. Key responsibilities include verifying shipments, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory records, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

• Perform regular warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory handling.
• Ensure accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Inspect and verify shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of products, especially electronic components or security surveillance products.
• Help coordinate daily warehouse workflow and support team members to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, and purchasing teams to resolve shipment or inventory issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Hands‑on warehouse experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.
• Experience handling electronic components, security surveillance equipment, or similar technical products preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse systems and inventory tracking.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed.
• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery.
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions.
• Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication.
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication.
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances.
• May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels.
