Job summary

Capstone is seeking a high-energy associate for our New Orleans, LA warehouse team. This role is the next step toward management, with hands-on training in receiving/unloading and loading operations, working solo or in small teams with minimal supervision.

You will interact with customer staff and delivery personnel, help move pallets using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand, and oversee a defined area to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred; training provided for right candidate.

The Opportunity:

• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
