Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise and coordinate product movement through the warehouse, ensuring productivity and quality standards. The role requires hands-on leadership and active involvement in daily warehouse operations.

You will operate a forklift, oversee documentation, and maintain housekeeping while supporting the broader distribution of PepsiCo beverages across our regional footprint. This is a full-time on-site role in Garner, NC.

Warehouse Lead Role Overview
Responsible for supervising and coordinating product movement through the warehouse within specified productivity cost and quality standards.

• Provides support to leadership by the monitoring of the day-to-day activities within the warehouse operations.
• Completes required documentation accurately.
• Operates forklift to move product within warehouse.
• Performs all housekeeping duties for the warehouse.
