Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate for a 6:00am–2:30pm shift, Sunday–Thursday, to support PBV’s warehouse operations. You will pull, load, unload, and count goods, operate forklifts and automation systems, and ensure accurate inventory and safety compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and strong math/reading/writing skills. PBV offers extensive benefits and a commitment to equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift skills assessment and safe operation of PBV Material Handling Equipment.
• Six months forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Good math, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to sort and group items.
• Ability to read and interpret product labels and load tickets.
• Ability to count large quantities accurately.
• Ability to follow procedures and work in non-climate controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of received and shipped products.
• Keeps records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
• Counts and inspects returned goods.
• Interfacing with automation systems and screen-based picks to verify load orders.
• Identifies faults and performs basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, wrappers, etc.).
• Performs safety pre-trip checks on machinery.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area; follows GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
