Job summary

DP World in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and uphold safety standards. This is a fully onsite role at our Fairburn location.

The ideal candidate has prior lead experience in a logistics or manufacturing setting, HS Diploma or GED, and forklift experience. You will coordinate workflows, monitor KPIs, and support the Supervisor as needed.

• Experience in a Lead role in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead based in Fairburn, GA to assist with daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and strict safety compliance.

We Are Currently Hiring For The Following Shifts

• Inbound 1st Shift Monday - Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm.
• Outbound 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday from 5:00pm to 3:30am.
• Inbound 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday from 5:00pm to 3:30am.
• Inbound 1st Shift Weekend Friday - Sunday from 5:00am to 5:00pm.
• Inbound 2nd Shift Weekend Friday - Sunday from 5:00pm to 5:00am.

About The Role

How you will contribute

• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.
