Trillium Drivers is looking for a Warehouse Lead to work at a food distribution company in Cincinnati, OH.

Hours are from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday - Friday with an hour lunch break.

Pay rate is $25/hr.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform daily warehousing functions and activities as directed by Warehouse Manager to include:
• Order Selection (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)
• Inventory verification
• Receiving
• Put-a-Way (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)
• Donations
• Replenishment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)
• Other tasks as assigned
• Training new employees

End of Shift Tasks

• Sweeping
• Pallets
• Trash
• Replenishment report and drops
• Printing of Pick Tickets and Pallet Labels
• When manager is away, lead will be responsible for daily activities under the direction of the Supply Chain Director

Additional Responsibilities

• Expected to perform all warehouse tasks at a satisfactory level
• Perform all other duties as assigned that may include sanitation or other warehouse tasks
• Ability to work alone, varied shifts, and able to make decisions and recommendations based on verified/documented information
• Ensure all necessary food safety compliance is followed by AIB, GOV’T, local, and State agencies that are concerned

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma
• At least 3-5 years of previous warehouse lead experience in a food service environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Agility, and Macola
